Sorry to burst the bubble for some, but there's no such things as 'being unable to draw'. If you can place a pencil on a piece of paper and make a line you can draw. That simple.
Now, you may not be able to create some sort of master piece and become the next Picasso and that's fine. You don't have to be great at drawing. That's not what the artist community is about (Or should be about at least). It's about enjoying to make those lines on the paper.

"I don't like drawing" on the other hand is an actual excuse for not drawing. You don't have to draw to be on deviantART and you don't have to draw if you don't like doing so. It's personal prefferences. But then just let people know that you don't like drawing instead of fishing for free stuff from people by making it sound like the world's just unfair toward you by not giving you the 'amazung artust!' achievment in life.

But it's a god damn lie when people say they can't draw. They simply won't admit they're too lazy to pick up the pencil and try.
Practice makes experts, but you won't be an expert by hoping you can somehow achieve the sudden abillity to master everything about drawing, because guess what; The many amazing artists you see on deviantART have worked their own ass off to become as good as they are.
